Rucu Cucu OG was bred according to the ideas of Argentine rapper Homer El Mero Mero, in collaboration with Seedstockers. The breeding team wanted to create a unique strain that would meet the high quality standards of El Mero Mero, who loves especially potent weed. After five generations of selection, they were successful. Crossing a special Tangie strain, known for its extreme tangerine smell and especially high yields, with an original USA OG Kush clone, the legendary strain Rucu Cucu OG was created. When grown properly, its THC content can reach up to 30%.

 

The weed is characterized by an extremely intense tangerine smell. The taste is a mix of the sweet citrusy Tangie and the woodsy OG Kush. Beginners should consume this strain with caution due to its extremely high THC content. Due to its sativa dominance, the strain has a euphoric effect in the beginning. After some time, a feeling of relaxation sets in. The effect can therefore be described as "happy chill".

 

Good news for growers without much experience. The plant grows incredibly well in a wide variety of conditions. It is vigorous, robust, resistant to mold and high temperatures. It can be grown both indoors and outdoors. The feminized photoperiod Rucu Cucu OG seeds prefer organic soil to produce the maximum yield. Their flowering time is eight weeks. With an indoor grow, more than 600 g/m² can be harvested. If you don't want the neighbors to know about your weed grow, a good charcoal filter is recommended. The buds have an extremely intense smell. Watch the plant in the 3rd week of flowering, as the stretch starts then which is moderate overall. 

Outdoor growing can yield up to 550g per plant. Between the last week of September and the first week of October, the flowers can be harvested (northern hemisphere). For outdoor growers from the northern hemisphere, this means the buds are ready to flower in time for winter.
