The Purple Bud Automatic strain produces most of its yield from its main stem and upper branches. Unlike cultivars where purple-purple coloration is predominantly caused by low temperatures and is concentrated on the leaves, Purple Bud Automatic's colors are seen in its calyxes and large flower buds as well as leaves. Low temperatures during the flowering period can make the purple-purple tendency of this strain more prominent, but plants that are exposed to perfect conditions throughout their growing and flowering period will also show interesting colors.
