The Granddaddy Purple strain from Blim Burn Seeds, is the feminized version of this glorious California strain. Granddaddy Purple is the result of crossing a Purple Urkle with Big Bud. In 2003 this cannabis strain was first introduced to the market and since then has won several awards for its unique aroma, beautiful color and medicinal properties. 
 
The cannabis plants form large Indica-typical leaves with short internodal distances and have a bushy and compact habit. The flowers are frosty, dense, resinous and have a beautiful purple color. Depending on the phenotype, flowering takes between 8 to 10 weeks. The buds have a delicious aroma of grapes and berries.
