According to one of the most widely circulated stories about the discovery of this species of "Psilocybe Cubensis", a student of the legendary ethnomycologist John Allen found a few of these smaller brownish mushrooms on a pile of buffalo dung near the city of Yangon in what is now Myanmar (formerly known as Burma). "Mushroom John Allen", as he was known, made an immense contribution to the discovery and study of new magic mushrooms in the 1990s. He traveled Southeast Asia in search of new psilocybin-containing mushrooms and discovered many of the most well-known species in the region today. Burma is a very fast growing and very potent strain that produces medium to large shrooms in various shades of brown. Ensuring stable temperature and humidity levels has a huge impact on success, as with all grow kits. With this 1200ml growbox, however, you can definitely expect a total yield of up to 400 grams with three successful harvests.
It has to be mentioned that we are dealing with one of the strongest representatives of the genus "Psilocybe Cubensis". Many psychonauts who have taken the Burma magic mushrooms report a very quick and intense trip. However, after a potentially somewhat overwhelming first phase, the Burma Shrooms then put the user into a relaxed and daydreaming state. Many also report visual/optical experiences. So if you can survive being thrown in at the deep end and the brief moment of shock that comes with it, and go for the trip, you can look forward to a wonderful journey into the self and fantastic experiences. As always, sufficient experience and caution is the most important thing when dealing with magic mushrooms.
Cleanliness is the number one priority when harvesting magic mushrooms. Wash hands and forearms well with antibacterial soap and always wear sterile gloves. It is very important to harvest the mushrooms as soon as the veils under the hats of the mushrooms begin to break away from the mushroom stem. If you wait too long past this point, the growkit will most likely not produce any more harvests. Be sure to harvest in a timely manner. Grab mushrooms by the stem and gently twist and pull them out. It is very important not to just pull, as this can damage the mycelium inside the grow kit and then cause it to perform worse in future harvests. After picking, the stems may turn bluish, but this is normal and even speaks for the quality of the mushrooms.
It is possible, with proper handling, to produce two to three harvests with these grow kits. However, experienced growers can manage more. To do this, proceed as follows:
