Balanced mix
Blue Gem from Paradise Seeds is a cross of Blueberry and Gelato. With this strain the breeder has created a great combination of short flowering time, resistance and yield. The taste of the weed also makes this strain stand out from the crowd. Beginners and experienced growers alike will appreciate this strain.
 
Short flowering, high yield
The feminised seeds develop into fairly compact plants of around 100cm in height. Although the breeder recommends indoor cultivation, this strain is equally at home outdoors. With a flowering time of just 8 to 9 weeks, buds are ready to harvest in no time. You can expect around 500g per m2 from an indoor grow. Outdoors this strain will produce around 1000g per plant provided you grow it with plenty of sun and nutrients. Harvest time for a garden grow is early October.
 
Balancing effect and 24% THC
Blue Gem's genetics are perfectly balanced. This is reflected in the high, which stimulates the mind and activates the body. The overall feeling is one of cheerful well-being, making it a very pleasant choice for many everyday situations. 
 
Berries, flowers and cream - the Blue Gem flavour profile
The terpene profile of this strain is dominated by beta-caryophyllene, limonene, guaiol, alpha-humulene and beta-myrcene. In terms of flavour this means a rather sweetish plant with a strong berry aroma and a softer floral note. The creaminess of the aftertaste is reminiscent of its ice-cream origins.
