Gelato goes Blue

Blue Gelato by Royal Queen Seeds represents an update of the already very popular Gelato strain. This one usually comes from crossing Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies and Sunset Sherbet. However, Royal Queen Seeds has added the genetics of another strain: Blueberry. The result is possibly even more delicious than the original.

Easy to grow in 9 to 10 weeks

Blue Gelato can be cultivated both indoors and outdoors. With an indoor grow, you can expect 550 to 600 g per m2, while outdoors it can get up to 600 g per plant. With a size of up to 250 cm, the outdoor plants can also be quite large and harvested in the first week of October. Indoors, this strain stays at an average size of 90-100 cm when the plants are sent into flowering at 25 cm. The flowering time is between 63 to 70 days maximum.

Relaxing but not sedating

The genetics of Blue Gelato are hybrid, with the indica portion dominating. Accordingly, the effect is also rather physical and puts consumers in a deep stoned state. However, despite the THC content of 23 percent, Blue Gelato only has a relaxing effect, but not as sedating as other potent indica strains. You remain mentally active, if somewhat subdued.
