Nirvana's Auto Ice strain contains the genes of four very special strains: Afghani, Shiva, Northern Lights and Skunk. Ice is a real old school weed that was already haunting Amsterdam's coffee shops at the end of the 90s. This variety is characterized by a short cultivation cycle, a complex terpene profile, abundant resin production and extremely compact flowers. The strain is ideal for beginners due to its low requirements.
The feminized autoflowering seeds of Auto Ice only need 8 to 10 weeks from germination to develop into mature plants. The plants reach moderate heights of 80 to 100 cm and do not require an excessive supply of nutrients. They have a strong green coloration, the flowers occasionally show purple nuances. Ice has always been interesting as a commercial strain and has produced gigantic yields when grown correctly. This also applies to the autoflowering version. The plant is perfect for a SOG grow, as it hardly develops any side shoots, or only those that grow close to the stem, and concentrates all its energy on the big, compact main bud. The yield varies between 550 and 650 g per m2, depending on the conditions.
The effect of Auto Ice is mostly indica. This means that a deep relaxation sets in after smoking, accompanied by euphoric feelings of happiness. This makes the weed perfect for switching off after a stressful day. The THC content of the weed is around 18 percent.
Auto Ice is a strain with a particularly intense aroma that is made up of many different components. The earthy terpene base is very dominant, on which the other flavor nuances build. These include menthol, pine, wood and a strong diesel touch.
